Strategy automation

How do your rules become orders?

Define triggers and order conditions without handing over the decision about what to trade.

Configure the logic you supply

Strategy automation turns your stated entry, exit and scheduling rules into a configuration that can produce signals and submit eligible orders through a supported broker connection. A typical setup takes one to three weeks, depending on rule complexity and broker access. We document triggers, exceptions and order fields, then test the configuration before discussing live use. You receive the configured workflow, a rule summary and test records. We do not invent a trading strategy or decide which instruments belong in your account.

Questions to settle before configuration

Write the trigger precisely

Specify the data, timeframe and condition that creates a signal. A description that depends on judgement cannot be automated without further rules.

Define the order type

Decide how each signal should translate into an order and what should happen if the broker rejects it.

Choose the pause condition

Identify the circumstances in which execution should stop and require your review rather than continuing unattended.

Keep a version record

Record each rule change and test it separately so you can distinguish a configuration change from a market change.

Where automation stops

The platform follows configured instructions; it does not assess whether the instructions are financially sensible. Data gaps, delayed prices, broker outages and changing market conditions can affect execution. Some discretionary decisions cannot be expressed as reliable rules, and those strategies may be better kept manual. Before live use, you should understand each order type, review the test record and decide what supervision you can provide. We can explain the workflow and its logs, but we do not provide personalised investment advice.
